Practise Conversations with Consequences

That conversation your team isn't ready for. It's Today.

Every day, your people face conversations that carry legal, commercial, and human consequences. AI roleplay simulations let them practise under pressure — before someone on the other side is counting on them to get it right.

The Readiness Gap

Passed the course. Froze on the first call.

A completion record can't see the gap between knowing what to do and doing it under pressure. So the gap gets found live — in front of a customer, an employee, or a regulator.

A failed call becomes a complaint.

Then an escalation. Then a lost customer. The readiness gap shows up in rehearsal or in production. Only one is free.

Avoided feedback becomes a resignation.

Your best performer leaves over a conversation that never happened. Managers know the model. They still postpone the conversation.

A mishandled disclosure becomes a formal complaint.

Then a question about how people were prepared. Better they find out in the practice room than in front of a regulator.

Unfakable Practice

Practice you can't fake. Or multitask through.

A live conversation, out loud, under pressure. No tabs on the side. No skipping to the quiz. They hold the line — or you find out they can't.

Leadership

High-performance teams are built in conversation.

Managers rehearse the 1-1 and the room — overdue feedback, peer conflict, the hard retro — before it's real.

The first bill after the funeral

A controlled 12-week benchmark with OVO's Direct Debit team. Agents rehearsed the hardest billing and vulnerability calls before a real customer was on the line.

+31pts

Direct Debit process adherence — 65.2% → 96.6%

+4pts

Customer satisfaction (CSAT) — 75.9% → 79.9%

Halved

Reopened cases — 5.3% → 2.0%

“The impact showed up where the business feels it: Direct Debit adherence jumped from 65% to 97%, customer satisfaction rose, and reopened cases more than halved — on the calls the team had practised. That's evidence I can take to the board, not a completion certificate.”

Rosie Baxter, Director of Customer Service, Insight & Resolution, OVO Energy

Old way vs new way

Before they completed it. After they can do it.

The LMS records completion. We record competence.

Competence

×Courses that tell people what to do
✓They practise the conversation out loud
×Passive content they can click through
✓A live call they cannot multitask through
×No view of behaviour under pressure
✓Every attempt scored against the behaviours you define
×A completion certificate presented as proof
✓A verified competence record per person. Evidence
×Attendance logs when something goes wrong
✓Proof they can do it — before it goes wrong
×Coach hours for every rehearsal
✓Unlimited practice. None of it real. All of it scored
×Hope they are ready
✓The ready ones go live. The rest get one more run first

You don't show attendance. You show proof they can do it.

The three measures

Competence, confidence, compliance.

Activity tells you who showed up. These three tell you whether practice worked — scored from the conversation itself, not a quiz or a self-assessment.

Common questions

Will our people actually use it?
The honest risk with any practice tool — so here's our number: people practise for four hours on average, voluntarily. Practising with an AI removes the audience (the thing people actually dread about role-play), and managers see the readiness data — so practice is visible work, not optional homework.
Couldn't we just use ChatGPT for this?
For one person improvising, yes — try it. What it won't give you: scenarios governed to your policies, scoring against behaviours you define applied consistently across every attempt, per-person competence records, or an ISO 42001-certified platform your security team will pass. A chatbot is practice; this is practice you can prove.
Does this replace our trainers?
No — it gives their programmes a practice room. Your trainers design; your people rehearse between sessions.
How long to set up?
Your first scenario runs in your first call. A working library takes days, not a deployment project.
Does it work with our LMS?
Yes — it sits alongside it. The LMS records completion; we record competence.
Where does the data live?
EU hosted; your data stays yours. ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certified — full security and AI-governance documentation available for review.
What does it cost?
Pilots from £1,250, one-off — no annual lock-in. Full pricing on a working-session call — we don't hide it.

Someone in your organisation isn't ready for a conversation that's coming.

Better they find out in the practice room. We'll build your first scenario live in the call — before you've spent anything.
